At Libasenisa, customer satisfaction is our priority! We offer a replacement or exchange if the product you receive is not as ordered or gets damaged during delivery. For size issues, color changes, or design exchanges, we provide a 7-day exchange policy. Please note that delivery charges for exchanges are to be paid by the customer. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer care team.
We do not offer returns; however, we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange for another dress of your choice.
